1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Kickbuddy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Kickbuddy is an AI-powered football companion app that provides:

• AI chat and voice conversations about football topics.
• Match prediction and tracking features.
• Mini-games and interactive football experiences.
• Optional in-app purchases for premium features via subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree not to misuse the App for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Kickbuddy offers optional premium subscriptions via in-app purchase. All transactions are processed by the platform (Google Play / Apple App Store).

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage subscriptions through your platform account settings.
• Refunds are handled by the platform provider per their policies.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.

5. AI Services & MiniMax

The App's AI chat features may be powered by your own MiniMax API key if provided. You are responsible for:

• Any usage and costs associated with your MiniMax API key.
• Ensuring your use of the AI service complies with MiniMax's terms.
• Content you generate or share through the AI service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App (excluding third-party services) are the property of Kickbuddy. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kickbuddy is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to:

• Inaccurate match predictions or football information.
• Data loss or service interruptions.
• Content generated by AI that may be inaccurate or inappropriate.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the developer operates.
