1. Information We Collect
Kickbuddy collects the following data to provide our AI football companion service:
- Account Data: Email address (if you register), display name, and avatar preferences.
- Usage Data: App interactions, AI conversation history, match predictions, and game scores. This helps us improve our service.
- Device Data: Device model, OS version, app version, and crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics for debugging.
- API Keys: If you provide your own MiniMax API key, it is stored encrypted on-device and never transmitted to our servers.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and personalize the AI football companion experience.
- To track match predictions, leaderboards, and achievement badges.
- To process in-app purchases via RevenueCat (payment data is handled by Google Play / Apple App Store; we do not store credit card information).
- To send push notifications about match events (only with your permission).
- To analyze crash reports and improve app stability.
3. Third-Party Services
Kickbuddy uses the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google): Crashlytics for crash reporting. See Google Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat: Purchase management. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
- MiniMax (optional): AI chat/voice processing. API keys are user-provided and stored locally.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. AI conversation history and preferences are kept on-device. We do not operate backend servers that store your personal conversations.
5. Your Rights
You can:
- Delete all app data by clearing app storage in device settings.
- Opt-out of crash reporting by disabling "Share usage data" in Profile settings.
- Revoke notification permissions at any time via device settings.
6. Children's Privacy
Kickbuddy is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
